Question 1

Why are there no prices on the website?

Accepted Answer

Most products are made to your exact window sizes, so the price depends on size, model, colour and control. Send us your sizes and we'll prepare a quote for your job.

Question 2

Can homeowners order directly?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Both homeowners and dealers can request a quote — our sales team will suggest the best way to order for your job.

Question 3

How long does production take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the model and quantity. Our sales team will confirm the lead time with your quote.

Question 4

How should I measure my windows?

Accepted Answer

Measure width and height in centimetres and tell us whether it fits inside or outside the frame. Not sure? Send photos of the window with a tape measure on LINE and we'll help.

Question 5

Can I see colour samples or a catalogue?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Download catalogues from the catalogue page, or ask our sales team for colour and material samples. Colours on screen can differ slightly from the real thing.

Question 6

How can motorised curtains be controlled?

Accepted Answer

WP Nano Power and WP N23 motors work with 1, 2 or 6-channel remotes, wall switches and mobile app control.

Question 7

Can you print our own design on fabric?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Send us the image or artwork and we'll print it onto curtains, roller blinds or noren fabric at your size.

Question 8

How do I become a dealer?

Fill in the form on the partners page or message us on LINE — our sales team will come back with terms. We also take OEM / ODM work.

Accepted Answer

Yes — book ahead with the factory-visit form. We're at Soi Charoen Phatthana 11, Khlong Sam Wa, Bangkok.
